1 Can Diced Tomates
1 Can Corn, Undrained
1 Can Minestrone Soup, Ready to Serve
1 Can Mixed Vegetables, Drained
1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained.

Directions:

Mix everything together. Heat through. Salt to taste.

I drained the corn and in place of it, I add broth, but it isn't necessary. Elizabeth and Kathy love this since it tastes good and is low fat and low calorie.
