2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1-3/4 cups. buttermilk
6 Tbs. melted butter
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour before measuring. Add soda, powder, sugar & salt. Resift. Beat yolks in separate bowl until light. Add and beat buttermilk & butter. Combine the liquid & dry ingredients with a few swift strokes. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold them into batter.
Cook on Belgium waffle iron.
