3/4 c. milk
2 tdp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. bisquick baking mix
2 package (8 oz each) cream cheese, cut into about 1/2in. cubes and softened
cheesecake topping (below)
fruit of your choice

Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease pie plate, 9x1-1/4in.
Place milk, eggs sugar and Bisquikin blender container. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese, cover and blend on high 2 minutes. Pour into plate. Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes; cool. Spread cheesecake topping carefully over top. Garnish with fruit.
Cheesecake Topping: Mix 1 c. dairy sour cream, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla.
