1 c lard
1 c sugar
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp anise extract
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the lard, sugar and egg together. Add flour, salt, anise and baking powder. Roll mixture into little balls and bake for 10-15 minutes at 350º.After baking cover cookies with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
