1 tube crescent rolls
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
1 c. cooked or frozen spinach
pinch of salt
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix cheeses, spinach, salt and pepper.

Unroll crescents and place a scoop (heaping spoonful) of
cheese filling at center of each uncooked crescent.

Fold over edges and pinch together where 3 edges meet.
There will be gooey gaps.

Bake until crescents are golden brown.
