1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 t baking powder
3 cup flour (add more as needed)
Directions:

Mix together - add the flour by hand at the end as needed.

You do not need to refrigerate - can be used immediately.

Roll out and cut into shapes.

Cook 7-8 minutes at 400º

When cooled, ice and decorate.
