2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 Tbsp cinnamon

2 cups sugar

4 eggs (slightly beaten)

2 cups pumpkin (1 can festival)

1 cup oil

Cream Cheese Frosting

6 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 c plus 4T butter

2 tsp milk

2 tsp vanilla

3 1/2 c powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 10 X 15 or 9 X 13 pan. Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, pumpkin and oil. Mix together. Pour into pan and bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cool slightly before frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Mix cream cheese and butter. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar. Spread on bars.
