Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of Ground Beef (1 - 1.25 lbs)
1 package of HOT Italian Sausage (1 to 1.25 lbs)
1/2 of a package of Velveeta cheese (large package)
2 cups ketchup
1 loaf of mini rye bread (can substitute mini pumpernickel bread)
1 tbsp sage
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a large non-stick skillet to medium heat.
Remove sausage casing and add to preheated skillet along with ground beef. Brown meat while adding all of the seasoning. While the meat is browning, cube up the Velveeta© cheese. When completely browned, drain the meat.
Turn skillet to low, return meat to skillet and add the Velveeta©. Mix the meat and cheese until all cheese has melted. Remove the meat mixture from the heat (can place in a large bowl if skillet is too small to sufficiently mix). Add ketchup while stirring the meat mixture.
Preheat oven to 450º. Arrange bread slices on a cookie sheet. Use a large tablespoon to scoop mixture onto the bread. Cook for 5-8 minutes.
