3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. flour


Topping 1:

1 bag chocolate chips

Topping 2:

1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla together until smooth. Stir in salt, flour and oats to form a stiff dough. Press into large cookie sheet. Bake at º375 for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle bag of chocolate chips over hot bars ( I turn the oven off and put the pan back in to melt chocolate chips). Spread chocolate until melted and evenly distributed. Let cool. Meanwhile cream butter, peanut butter, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth. When chocolate is set spread topping on bars.

This is a little too sweet for me so sometimes I leave out the layer of chocolate chips.
