1 c. flour, sifted
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter

1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans, and butter. Bake at 350º stirring often, for 20 minutes. Cool.

combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and egg whites. Beat at high speed about 20 minutes, or until light and fluffy. Fold whipped cream into this mixture.

Put 2/3 of the crumb mixture into bottom of 13x9in. pan, pat in smooth layer. Pour strawberry mix over crumb layer and sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.

Cover well and freeze.
