1 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 stick of melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese for top

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x12 pan lightly with butter. Place frozen potatoes in pan. In bowl mix together all ingredients except melted butter and cheese for top. Pour mixture over potatoes evenly. Dribble melted butter over all. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350º for 1-1/2 hours.
