1 c. crumbled feta cheese
5 large tomatoes
5 cucumbers
2 medium red onions
1/2 c. kalamata olives
*Dressing*
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar (white balsamic is also good)
salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all vegetables bite size. Skin cucumber is desired. In deep serving dish or large serving bowl layer cucumbers on bottom, tomato, onion, and then olives, in this order. Mix dressing ingredients together, shake well, and pour over vegetables. Top with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with oregano on top.
