1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg
3 medium bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter and eggs. Add remaining ingredients one at a time. Pour mixture into lightly greased loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350º.
