14 qt. tomatoes, cut up & peeled
celery (2 stocks/kettle)
bay leaf
7 onions
parsley
garlic clove
3 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
8 tsp. sugar
14 tbsp. melted butter mixed with 14 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes, celery, bay leaf, onions, parsley, and garlic till celery is tender. Put through sieve. Bring liquid to a boil and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Put in jars and boil in water bath for 15 minutes.
