4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can sherry
1 c. sour cream (lo-fat is fine)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish so that pieces do
not overlap. Combine soup, sherry & sour cream. Stir until
well blended and add salt & pepper to taste. Pour over
chicken, completely covering it. Dust with paprika.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour; 45 minutes if breasts are boneless.
