1 loaf of white bread (with crust removed)
1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of water
1/3 cup sugar, 1 large can fruit cocktail
6 eggs (beaten), 2 T sugar
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
guava paste (without jelly), cut into thin slices

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix bread, milk, and water with your hands until bread has obsorbed the liquid. Add sugar, fruit cocktail and eggs into bowl. Mix well with large spoon. Add cherries (including juice) and mix again.
In a bundt pan, carefully brown the 2 T. of sugar until golden brown. Remove from stove and pour ingredients from the bowl into the bundt pan. Add thin slices of guava paste so that they fall vertically into the mixture.
Place bundt pan in a larger pan of water. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour. Let cool completely and then invert pudding on a plate.
