1 large onion, minced
1 large potato, grated
1 tsp. caraway seed, or more
1 tsp. fat (I use more)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. white wine
1 jar sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion in fat till golden brown. Wash kraut and drain good. Add onion, pepper, and caraway seed. Bring this to a boil, gradually adding potato. Rub goose insides with salt and pepper and stuff.
