1 clove garlic, minced
3 lbs. chili meat (venison, beef or pork)
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce or to your liking.
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. cumin
1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1 tsp. cayenne pepper or more, to your liking.
1 bottle beer (Coors or Lonestar)
1-14oz. can of crushed tomatoes
1- 6oz. can of tomato paste
1-8oz. can of tomato sauce
1 cup water.

Brown chili meat and garlic in oil. Add spices and beer. Let stand 2 min. Add tomatoes, past, sauce and water. Simmer for 3 hours!
