2lbs pork chops
2 large cans of whole tomatoes
1/2 cup onion
1or 2 small cans of mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops with the onions. Crush whole tomatoes, ( I put them in a bowl and squish them up with my hands). Add the tomatoes and the remaining ingredients to the browned pork chops. Cover and simmer for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed into the pork chops.
