Ingredients:  
1 bunch of spinach, 6 hard boiled eggs, 1 lb bacon fried and crumbled reserve some grease, 1 red onion sliced.

Dressing: 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 c. Sugar, 2 eggs beaten, alittle salt & pepper

Directions:

Wash and cut spinach in bite size pieces. chop eggs, layer eggs, bacon and onion over spinach.


Cook dressing until it thickens. Add 2 TBlspoon of bacon grease and serve on salad. Good warm or cold.
