3 eggs,
2 c. sugar
2 c. warm mashed potatoes
3 T. Butter melted
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 c. sour milk
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 c. sifted flour, good measure
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, then add sugar, then add potatoes. Add butter. Stir in soda into the sour milk, and add to above mixture. Add the baking powder,salt and nutmeg to the flour and mix all together. Put in refrig and chill over night. In Morning roll out dough on floured board and cut out. Fry in deep cooking oil.
