1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp onion (chopped)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 can red kidney beans
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp flour
1 quart tomatoes
1 tbsp worcesterchire sauce


Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil in skillet.
Add onion and hamburger, fry to a light brown.
Add Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and flour.
Stir well.
In crock pot combine remaining ingredients, simmer until completely heated.
Serve with crackers, Fritos and sharp cheddar cheese.

My Mom doesn't know where this chili recipe came from, but it's been around for along time. My family loves this chili recipe. When it's really cold outside we have chili. Try it! I promise you'll like it.
