1 head romaine lettuce
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 onion or 4 green tails chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 can drained kidney beans, drained
2 fresh tomatoes chopped
1 packet taco seasoning mix
16 oz. sour cream
1 jar picante salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag nacho cheese doritos chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and cook as stated on package. Set aside.
Mix together all of your veggies in large bowl.
In a separate medium bowl mix sour cream and salsa for dressing and set aside.
When you are about to serve, stir in ground beef, cheese and nachos. Serve with dressing on side.

Great for a family picnic.
If you are only serving it for a couple of people, I wouldn't mix in the chips because they get soggy. Just have in a bowl next to the salad and people can add to their own salads.
