Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

2 T. Margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 oz dice green chilies
1 c. sour cream
3 cans cream of chicken
6-8 chicken breast
2 c shred cheese
8 lg. corn tortillas
1/2 c. milk

In medium sauce pan, melt margarine. saute onions. Stir in gr chillies, sour cream & soup. Mix well reserve 3/4 cup of sauce, set aside.
In remaining sauce mix chicken 1 cup cheese.
Scoop about 1/3 c. hot chicken into each tortilla. Roll up steam down in a 9x13 pan. In a small bowl take remaining sauce and mix 1/2 cup milk and spoon over tortilla. Sprinkle remaining cheese bake 350" for 30-35 minutes.
