2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
3 C Milk chocolate Chips
1 12 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
3/4 C Roughly Chopped Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
1. Place a medium saucepan on the stove over low heat and completely melt 1 tbs. of butter. Add the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
2. Continue to heat on low, stirring constantly (to prevent burning) for about 6 or 7 minutes or until the mixture is completely melted.
3. Add the chopped pecans into the melted mixture and stir well to incorporate.
4. Grease the bottom of a 12x9 inch cake pan with the remaining tablespoon of butter.
5. Pour the entire melted misture into the cake pan, using a spatula to scrape the sides of the saucepan. Spread the fudge evenly.
6. Cover the pan with saran wrap or foil and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until the fudge is firm but not too hard.
7. Cut into 24 bite-size squares. Store in an airtight container.
