1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. Sugar
1 T. Vinegar
1 T. Ketchup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 pd. boneless, skinless chicken breast(cut in strips
1 (16oz) frozen stir fry blend vegetables
1 (8oz) pineapple chunks drained.

Instant Rice

In a sm bowl, combine 1st 6 ingred. and set aside.
In a lg. skillet or wok, stir fry chicken in oil for 5-6 min. until juice runs clear. Add veg stir fry for 3-4min. or until veg. crisp/tender. Stir in pineapple and soy mix. heat through. Serve over instant rice.
