1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 stick butter
1 onion, finely chopped
3 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/6 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1/2 qt. water

Saute the onion in the butter and brown the meat. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 3 hours.
