Pam Spray
Essence of Emeril seasoning

Directions:
Cut the potatoes into fries. Spray a cookie sheet with the Pam spray. Lay the fries on the cookie sheet. Spray again with Pam. Sprinkle on the seasoning. Cook at 375º until tender, turning once.
