Refried Beans
Hamburger
Onions, chopped
Tabasco
Green Chiles
Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
Taco Sauce (hot or mild, your preference)

Garnish:
Tortilla Chips
Chopped Green Onions
Olives
Sour Cream
Guacamole
Directions:
Directions:
Line 9 x 13 pan w/ refried beans.

Fry hamburger with desired amount of onions & tabasco;
add desired amount of green chiles. Drain off fat & layer
over beans.

Layer lavishly with Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.

Pour bottle of taco sauce (mild to hot, your preference) over
cheese.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

Serve with tostados, and small bowls of chopped green
onions, olives, sour cream, guacamole,etc. for garnish.

You can make this as mild or fiery as you wish and continue to adjust the seasonings to taste. Serve as main course or (messy!) appetizer for a group.
