Mix all together:
1 c water chestnuts sliced
3 c diced celery
2 c cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup, undiluted
5 c cooked rice
4 c cooked diced chicken,or turkey
1/2 teas pepper
3 c mayonnaise
3 Tbl lemon juice
1 med onion diced small

Directions:

mix all put in 9x13 pan. You can crush 1 c of potato chips and put on top. Bake at 400 degrees in oven for 30-40 min. till bubbly. Can make a day ahead and refrigerate
