1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup butter - softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups oats - uncooked
12-oz. bag butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

In large mixer bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels

Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 - 8 minutes for chewier cookies; 9 - 10 minutes for crispier.
