2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups minced pecans
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Add soft butter and vanilla
blending with a spoon or by hand. Add minced pecans.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in finely chopped pecans
and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. Cookies should be pale brown
on the bottom.
