6 sq. chocolate, semi-sweet
1 c cream
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1/8 tesp salt
2 tesp vanilla
1/2 tesp cinnamon (this really brings out the chocolate)

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler pan. Melt chocolate over low heat. Add cream, sugar, butter, and salt. Cook and stir slowly, stirring constantly about 5 min. or till thickened. Remove from heat add vanilla, then put in fondue pot.
Dip all kinds of fruit, pound or angel food cake, pretzel's. Anything that sounds good.
