1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 - No. 2 can tomatoes
2 - 6oz. cans tomato paste
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 bay leaf
3/4 pound ground beef
1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
salt and pepper
1-8oz. package spaghetti
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first nine ingredients together and cook slowly for one
hour. Mix next ingredients together, form into meatballs, brown in
hot oil. Add to sauce and simmer for another half hour.
