1 C finely crushed cheese crackers
1/4 C sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, halves (1 to 1 1/2 pounds total)
1/4 C (1/2 stick) butter, melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sesame seeds and black pepper, mix well.
Dip chicken in melted butter then in the cracker crumb mixture.
Place chicken on baking sheet, and bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until no longer pink and coating is crispy and lightly golden. Serve immediately.
