2 C oil, 4 C flour, 2 C sugar, 1 C milk, 6 eggs, 3 tsp
baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 3 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
In 2 cup container mix 1/2 + 1 T sugar,1/2 + 1T
cup flour & 1 small pkg pudding & mix & add enough milk to measure 2 cups. ( this makes up for 2 cup starter mix.) Mix all dry ingred together in large bowl. Add oil, vanilla, eggs & 2 C substitute starter. Add pudding & milk, blend well. Batter will be very thick. Grease 3 large loaf pans.Pour dough into pans & sprinkle sugar on top. Preheat oven
to 350º Bake for 45 minutes to 60 min.
