3 slices of bacon
1 small onion chopped
1 16oz can black eyed peas (drained)
1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes (undrained and chopped)
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, crumble and set aside
Sauté onion in bacon drippings until tender. Drain onion and discard drippings. Return onion to skillet; add black eyed peas and other ingredients. Cook over low heat 8 to 10mins. Spoon into serving dish, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Serve
