2 1/2 c Gold Medal whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c mashed ripe bananas ( 3-4 medium)
1 1/4 c packed brown sugar
1 c raisin
1/2 c chocolate chips
2/3 c plain nonfat yogurt
2 eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 350º. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 81/2x41/2x21/2" or 1 loaf pan, 9x5x3".
Stir together all ingredient until smoowth. Pour into pans.
Bak 8" loaves 50-60 minutes, 9" loaf 1 hour 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes in pans on wire rack. Loosen sides of loaves from pans; remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature up to 4 day, or refrigerate up to 10 days.
