1 box of yellow cake mix
1 can of apple or cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 stick of butter - melted
Flaked coconut

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Spray 13x9x2" pan with cooking spray.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the yellow cake mix.
Layer with pie filling.
Layer 1/3 cake mix.
Layer can of crushed pineapple with the juice.
Layer remaining cake mix.
Pour melted butter over top.
Cover with flaked coconut.

Bake for 1 hour.
