Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken,
1 large red onion-chopped
2-4 c. chopped celery
1-2 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Any brand beer (the cheaper the better as you will need enough to cover the chicken.)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in large pot along with all the other ingredients.
Add beer until all is completely submerged. Bring to boil, keep
a slow rolling boil for about an hour or so, depending on the
size of your chicken. The meat will fall off the bone and be the
most tender, tastiest chicken you have EVER had!
It is great poured over rice.
You can use cut up or boneless chicken, however, I have
found it to be much more flavorful with the bones. And in case
your not aware, the alcohol cooks out, so it is kid friendly.
Mine LOVE it.
