6 T. butter
1 small onion, grated
1 clove garlic, peeled
6 T. flour
2 t. ginger root, chopped
1 1/2 t. salt
2 T. curry
2 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut milk
1 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked chicken pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Remove garlic clove. Combine flour, ginger, salt and curry and add to pan. Blend. Add liquids, Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly till thick. Add chicken and cook till heated through.

Serve with rice.
