1 pint sliced strawberries
1 pint blueberries
3 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium cantaloupe, cut into balls
1 medium honeydew, cut into balls
1 cups chopped fresh mint leaves
Garnish: whole mint leaves
Dressing:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, cantaloupe and
honeydew together gently. Sprinkle mint over fruit. Combine
dressing ingredients and pour over fruit mixture. Serve
chilled, garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Note: show off this beautiful salad in a crystal bowl or trifle
dish.
