1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Ranch-style beans
Cheddar cheese
Corn tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions and greens peppers; drain. Add cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese soup. Add beans and Rotel tomatoes. Layer bottom of casserole dish with tortillas. Add mixture and top with cheese. Repeat for a second layer. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes, or until cheese melts on top.
