2 lb. potaoes; red, russetts or yukon golds
stick of butter
3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary (dried rosemary will work about 1 Tbs.)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. make a foil pouch to fit 9x13 baking dish, spray lightly with Pam
Place the cubed potatoes first and spread out.
slice the butter and place evenly over potatoes, them add the rosemary.
Seal the foil, cook sealed for about an hour, until potatoes are tender.
Be careful of steam when opening the foil pouch up.
