Ingredients:  
2 cans (4ozs each) chopped Green Chilies
1 pound of Ground Beef
½ tsp of Cheyenne powder (if you like spicy) or 1 package of taco seasoning
¼ cup of water
(Optional)Sometimes I add one can of Tomatoes with green chilies to the beef mix.
4 cups of shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mexican mix, your choice)
½ cup flour
1 tsp of salt
2 eggs
2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble meat in skillet, cook until brown, add in Cheyenne (or seasoning) and water, let simmer until water is gone.
In a large bowl, mix together cheese, flour, and salt.
Beat Milk and eggs together, combine with cheese mixture, stir together.
In a greased 13-in X 9-in X 2-in pan, layer green chilies in bottom. Top with beef mixture, Pour Cheese mixture over beef.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. 10-12 serving.
