1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
4 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour and salt gradually. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and broccoli. Stir until cheese melts. Serve with crackers.
