4 or 5 sweet potatoes
1 cube butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 big stick cinnamon
4 or 5 whole cloves
cornstarch
juice of an orange

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool. When cooled, peel skin, cut into chunks and place in baking dish. Cook butter, sugar, cinnamon and cloves in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch and cold water and stir. Squeeze juice from an orange and stir again. Pour over sweet potatoes and bake @ 300º for 30 minutes.
