1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 (12oz.) bag semi-sweet cocolate morsels, melted
3 (8oz.) packages cream cheese softened
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300º. combine butter, crumbs and sugar. Pat firmly into a 9" spring mold pan.

In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; add condensed milk; beat until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate. (Melt chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute; stir, then 30 seconds; stir then heat in 10 secong intervals as needed.)
Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool at room temperature. Chill. Remove side of pan. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
