Cocktail Ribs Recipe

1 rack of pork back loin ribs, split down the center veritcally,
then cut into individual pieces
4 tablespoons Molasses
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worchestershire
1 teaspoon Accent

Place ribs in shallow baking dish. Make sauce and pour over
ribs. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Stir to baste with
sauce while baking. Drain on paper towel. Serve in hot dish.
Can be made ahead and frozen. Reheat in slow oven at 300 for
about an hour.
