6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tsp. dry sherry
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped including green tops
1/2 jar Major Gray's chutney, chopped

Blend all ingredients except onions and chutney. Shape into oval
with flat top, somewhat concave. Approx. 5-6 inches in diameter.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator 2
hours before serving and top with chutney and onions. Serve
with wheat crackers. This mixture also freezes nicely before
adding onions and chutney.
